SigEp and the Balanced Man Program
The men in this fraternity embrace the cardinal principles of Virtue, Dilligence, and Brotherly Love. Beyond the bond of fraternalism, Sigma Phi Epsilon offers a comprehensive path to success and a unique view into the world of fraternity life. As all men are created equal, all brothers are treated with respect, given the same rights as all those who came before him.
"This fraternity will be different."

Since 1991, chapters of Sigma Phi Epsilon have instituted the Balanced Man Program. An act of innovation in the modern Fraternal world, the program focuses on continuous leadership training through four major programs: Sigma, Phi, Epsilon, and Brother Mentor, as well as offering six major Leadership events. Combined with a NO HAZING/NO PLEDGING policy, The Balanced Man Program has proven to be one of the most effective tools in preparing college men for their adult lives and careers.
Some current leaders in the chapter include the current ASUM (student senate) president and IFC (Interfraternity Council) president.
We draw our concept of "brotherly love" from the Greek "agape" meaning "selfless love." Here, brothers volunteered their time to help build a home with Habitat for Humanity
